Hi, I’m Debbie.
I know how it feels to keep looping back into the same reactions, no matter how much self-care you practise.
In 2018, I realised I was living in the grey zone - outwardly successful, inwardly disconnected and unable to really ‘feel’ contentment or joy in the seemingly perfect life I'd created. I was doing yoga, drinking green juice, gentle parenting and supposedly doing all the “right” things to take care of myself, yet I still felt flat, restless, and unsure why nothing seemed to change.
That moment was the beginning of my own journey back to aliveness, embodiment, and truth.
Since then, I’ve supported dozens of women through 1:1 coaching, group programmes, and community spaces to outgrow survival loops and come home to themselves.
My work blends body-based awareness, nervous system understanding, and ontological coaching to help you move beyond self-improvement into real, rooted transformation.
This isn’t about becoming someone new; it’s about remembering who you already are.
And when I’m not coaching, I’m probably in the kitchen rustling up something out of nothing, colouring with my kids, barefoot in the garden with my chicken, or curled up with a cup of ‘herbal’ tea, a whole block of dark chocolate and the latest fae mystery.
